Pelayanan kesehatan sesuai standar kepada seluruh penderita Diabetes Melitus (DM) usia 15 tahun ke atas sebagai upaya pencegahan sekunder meliputi: 1. Pengukuran gula darah dilakukan minimal satu kali sebulan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan; 2. Edukasi perubahan gaya hidup dan/atau nutrisi; 3. Melakukan rujukan jika diperlukan.
